Click the warp you wish to recover, and view the co-ords inside the text file.
To teleport to the location, type /tp [x] [y] [z] when enabled.
The list will be deleted in 2 weeks.

Can't these be re-imported? It's going to be a real pain in the arse to set these all up again - although, with the new map, I guess it doesn't matter.
Just a bit Griefers when data gets lost...

I dont know why but im sure you can easily find your way home.
If you are playing on the blank map a message from the server should come up. Something like
Server:please move to new server ip: xxxxxxxxxx
