i want to add a public/community melon farm by spawn, free for anyone to harvest as long as they replant.
"take a melon, plant a melon"
but i'm not sure if it is allowed or if those areas are kept "wild" or as parks or what? i left a block with a sign by the wheat farm where i want to build it.
let me know.

fantastic, you're a legend!
that's what i was hoping for. I want to contribute to minecraft history. I've been playing since alpha but despite building a lot, I've never left any trace anyone will still be able to see. i want to leave a landmark which people may be seeing years from now.
