- Banning an online player removes their gold
- Mob spawners are no longer mineable
- Initial re-release of import, export, transfer system.

Bugfix Release:
- Removed an accidental discovery which could hang any minecraft client, set PC CPU usage to 100%, and freeze the users mouse. No-one was affected by this dangerous exploit.

For this one-off special, we decided to grab a few players from the server and just talk about Minecraft. Slash cut to thirty minutes of barely coherent jibber jabber. Still, we had fun with the sound board...

 

Starring in this very "special" show, alongside the usual cast of myself (Beagrie), Kahr, Qotsa and Sekoj, are the wonderful vocal stylings of Jighello, Eatturnip, Shadoxkiller, Aconan and Michael Scott.

Bugfix Release:

- Updated X-BOT
- Fixed AREA52_MAP access for all users (if map is enabled)
- Allowed first 8 slots of transfer chests to be free

- First 8 slots in item transfer chest are free, anything after costs 10g per slot
- Inventory clears on world transfer
- Updated X-BOT definitions to record violation counts
- Updated ban system to send global message on ban, and feedback to user who is banning.
- Permbans clear a users gold and stores it into the server fund (Bugged, fix in 1.2.6)

 

It's been a busy a week in Minecraft news, we do our best to bring it all to you in an articulate and eloquent fashion. Kind of. Also, we have a round table discussion about what we'd like to see in future Minecraft updates, lay out our plans for the future of the podcast, and announce our upcoming "Open-Mic" episode.

Our Discussion Special episode (or Open-Mic show) will be next Saturday (March 17) at around 9-10pm UK time. If you would like to be involved, contact any of us on the forums and let us know. How we do the show will depend on how many people want to be involved; if we get fourteen people all wanting to be on the podcast, we'll have to rotate everyone in and out, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

If you wish to have access to the old map to transfer your items, please ensure to log on at least once over the next couple of weeks so your CFUK in-game profile can be updated.

You don't need to do anything else, apart from log on.

Failure to log on before the map change will result in lost access to the old map to transfer your items.

NB: This will only apply if the poll succeeds to gain a majority in the answer of a map change including item transfer.
