We've had to disable a couple of things, I'm looking to dedicating my afternoon tomorrow with angry phone calls and e-mails.

Servers up, anyway.

The server down again, seems like it wasn't the HDD, silly tech support.

Looking into it, getting us back and running, and hopefully, finding a long-term solution to the cause.

We're waiting for tech support to replace the faulty parts so we can get back and running.

EDIT: Server isn't booting - this doesn't look good.

Its looking like the HDD or RAID has failed. I'm in talks just now.
