what caused the need for rollback? so we don't make the same mistake.. if reason is known..

map corruption, could of been any mod.

Unfortunately since FTBm is rather unstable at the moment all mods/any mod/ any combination of connected mods can cause a nasty result. Until they come out with a more stable version i'd like to remind all players wanting to join FTBm

I'm aware we are in beta and I'm not complaining, just trying to learn from mistakes
Since we got 2 or 3 rollbacks, maybe it would be good to update, because that could possibly require a map reset and that's better to happen sooner then later.. just a thought
that would also contribute to better future map stability..

ya was just a reminder to all players as we've had a few come online who didn't understand that

not so much a server is "down" report, but issues kicking all players off the FTBM server atm, i get the error "Internal server error", only 3 of us on atm, Alex, PatentedFiend and myself.

None of us doing anything exciting, i'm just exploring, alex is planting stuff and PatentedFiend is placing wool last he said.

I was planting sugarcane I think, Piggles was punching a bush and PatentedFiend was placing wool..
We don't have any machines yet, only starting stuff and some microblocks.. Also I didn't see any taint near..

The Broonie "summoning ritual" was a success! all that blood, bones, sacrificial sheep, singing and mushroom circles worked!

I had two similar occasions where the server just seemed to restart this morning. In both cases, I was just exploring. I'm not sure what the others were doing.

seems FTBm crashed and is still down.. ~19:45
There were 4-5 players online..

edit: back online.. seems similar thing like yesterday happened, we get a diconnect after some time of playing, but it's ok now

My using /home somehow crashes the server. the only tech i have there is a few enderIO and power things genie gave me and a few TC forges.

When loading in normally, nothing bad happens, just the teleports muck up somehow

yup, every time I see you left the game, server crashes for me too.. and I can't connect for some time.. are you near a rainbow forest or taint?

In a rainbow forest, but only 1 tree left in render distance and it never caused problems before =S

Also that last crash was not me teleporting....

Whatever happened to the server must be pretty bad =S

yeah... expecting a rollback, i'm pretty sure Broo saw this morning and since it's not back up.. prepare for the worst.

That's the very reason I've not been back... Don't wanna burn myself out again from re-doing stuff over and over.

I'll be keeping an eye out for when it's more stable though

my main problem is that I dont even have tech yet, its not me breaking the server. The others are just faster at it.

Now i'm great at breaking things when i can just pull stuff out of NEI, mostly cos i dont understand it at all, probably do it all wrong, cause the most flunked up problems. I can turn mass fabs into mass destros.

I just dont get to the point where my destructive capability is an issue, so i end up just being frustrated whenever I take a step closer to doing things that could potentially break the place and... whatever process in hunter-gatherage i had made gets deleted xD

not quite a down report, but server is being too laggy to the point that it's almost unplayable.. weird things are happening to all online, delayed reactions, sound muting (for me), and like slow motion etc.. Could we maybe get an early restart possibly?

the issues vary but the problem is there, a restart should clear it, but its 5 hours till the automatic restart, would love an early restart.
