DW20 seems to have experienced "death by lag", it went from running well to some odd block lag, then timeouts and finally stopped responding. I was only using IC2 construction foam at the time. Footnote: 1: If using the CF Backpack it is best to use an empty sprayer with it.

I'm having silly problems with Vanilla too. Every time I log off and on again my inventory reverts and I'm back by my bed. I lose anything I've picked up. Also on the third try my account unlinked (it was linked), and although I can link it again it will not stay linked. It seems as if some part of the server has gone read-only?

I was on CC about an hour ago. Came back and I can't connect. Both modded servers show "Failed to receive challenge". Pleased to see it is back up again, thanks.

It doesn't seem to be possible to attach photos to posts anymore. I've been self-hosting my recent screenshots but I can't promise the links will stay valid forever.

Can't be helped. I assumed other people were playing vanilla but I read that that's not active either. FWIW I'm making a start on AE now.

Is there something odd about the DNS record for community.crazy-fools.co.uk as nothing seems to find it right now. The game connects-mostly but drops out from time to time but no other diagnostic tool I've tried can even resolve the name Correction: its a "SRV" record, so normal DNS tools don't resolve it. I'm guessing it doesn't seem to get cached either because it can disappear and reappear suddenly. Probably a problem with my ISP. minecraft.crazy-fools.co.uk:24444 seems to work reliably.
